The Footwork and Technique class welcomes aspiring and experienced boxers alike, catering to all levels of proficiency. This comprehensive program instils the fundamentals of footwork, encompassing weight distribution, balance, and efficient movement, while also introducing basic defensive stances, evasive footwork, and introductory feints, pivots, and lateral movements to enhance offensive maneuvers.
