Coogee Diggers welcomes our latest Personal Trainer, Mia! Mia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a passion for helping people achieve their best.
Mia focus is
Body strength toning and sculpting (glute gains are her specialty!)
